Take the worry out of who will take care of you upon discharge from the hospital. Let professionally tranined caregivers from Senior's Helping Hands assist you in getting home and getting comfortably settled in.

Our "Welcome Home" program will assist you with non-medical transportation home from the hospital, day-stay surgery, or doctor visits. We then make sure you are comfortable, safe, and well taken care of.

Our "Welcome Home" program service includes:

• Transportation from hospital to home (Our caregiver will meet you at time of discharge)
• 6 or more hours Exceptional Care, such as:
  • Medication Reminders
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Change the bed linens
  • Companionship
  • Pick up Prescriptions at pharmacy
  • Grocery shopping
  • Getting everything (all your stuff) situated for easy access
  • And more ...

Our "Welcome Home" service is available starting at $120.00.

Senior's Helping Hands can also provide you with on-going care should you need further assistance after you are settled in.
