What is the Brain Fitness Program?

The program is designed to improve thinking, understanding and memory. It was developed by Posit Science’s global team of university-based researchers as part of an ongoing effort to improve brain health as we age.

The program includes a series of scientifically based, fun and engaging exercises that you do on a computer in a classroom. These programs exercise your brain, and are designed to speed up brain processing and improve brain function.

The exercises are done for an hour a day for up to eight weeks. Why so many weeks? As with physical exercise, it is important to exercise the brain extensively in specific ways in order to see benefits. The program is self-paced and adjusts to each individuals abilities and needs.

The program is easy to use. You do not need to have any experience using a computer. Classroom trainers will help you.
